About PAVED Arts

One of Canada’s oldest continuously-operating artist-run centres, PAVED Arts was first incorporated as The Photographers Gallery in 1973. With a mandate to facilitate and exhibit contemporary artists’ work in photographic, time-based and new media, PAVED Arts combines gallery spaces with production, post-production, research and creation facilities. Our professional staff delivers programs and services enhancing artists’ professional development and the public’s appreciation of advanced artistic practices.
